Refund policy

At PurePleasure, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  purepleasure008@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
